1. Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging with tags
• You must have proof of purchase

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us with photos of the defect.

6. Return Shipping

• Standard returns: Customer pays shipping costs.
• Defective items: We cover return shipping.

• Personalized or customized items
